I am using Windows 10 and cannot connect to may data in my old Mionet 3TB (bought from 2008). Does it work only on Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7?

I've looked through various websites and I didn't see anything related to version of Mionet and the Windows 10 operating system which means that compatibility between them doesn't actually exist, therefore the cause to your issue.
If you have a CD with the drivers or software, then I recommend disabling Driver Enforcement: go to Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Press key 7 > Restart.
After it restarts, install the software, connect the device, accept the warning and reboot the PC again.
